Save the Date: Our Annual Cedar Mill HOA Garage Sale is scheduled for Thursday - Saturday 6-8 June 2024.

Participation is of course completely voluntary, and likewise, there is no CMHOA restriction limiting any homeowner that chooses to host a garage sale on a different date.

An Annual Association Garage Sale has been a popularly requested event and has been conducted since the summer of 2001. Consolidating garage sale dates in the neighborhood both increases the number of people coming to your sale as well as reduces the every weekend traffic that would occur if everyone had different dates.

Signs will be placed at the entrances on the days of the sale, and no-cost social media advertising will be published.
